Chris Lollini: | Hey, Chris Lollini here, CEO and founder of Reputation Igniter, and today I want to talk about reviewing your results and how to review them so that you can make the tweaks, the changes, the optimizations to make this system even more effective for you. So, looking at this example right here, this, this example business has given 35 requests for feedback. They’ve received 18 pieces of feedback. So, 18 divided by 35 gets them 51% conversion rate in terms of how many of their customers are leaving them feedback, and they’ve obviously got no negative feedback, which is always the best. But, isn’t always the case. |
[00:01:00] | So getting a couple of those, not a big deal the reason we’re doing this is because the majority of the feedback that you get, in this case 100% but it’s typically around 95% is gonna be positive. Now, the feedback open rate is how many people are actually opening the e-mail to go and leave you the business feedback. So, something to think about is if this number is less than 50%, then it’s time for you to kind of think about hey how can I get my staff to do something, that would actually let them know or keep my customers engaged, and understanding that I will be sending them out some feedback. |
‘Cause the more they know they use the business under, number one care, and number two, they’re just actually coming, the more likely they are to open it when they do receive it. So, just making sure that you’re, you’re doing something, or your staff is doing something to let them know that you’re gonna be reaching out to them.
[00:02:00] | Over here, feedback link click rate; this is how many people are actually clicking to go and leave a review online for the business. So, if this number is actually larger than your feedback conversion, that means that, actually, people are clicking on more than one review site. But, typically what you want to see is somewhere where this percentage is exactly the same as this, or at, at a minim a half perc, half as much of this. So for example, let’s just say for sake it’s easy math, it’s 50% and you see 25% over here, that’s still good. That means the system is converting 50% of the people who are leaving you feedback into people who are writing you reviews. |
This service typically converts between 50 and 100% of the people who actually leave you feedback. So, obviously the more people you enter into the system, the higher your feedback conversion rate, the higher number of reviews that you’re gonna get, but typically, we’ll see anywhere between 50% and 100%. So, just something to think about.
If this number over here is significantly lower than 50% of this number, then hey, let’s talk, there’s gotta be some stuff that we can do. Either on the pages in the videos or in the e-mails to kind of get people more engaged and get them understanding how important this is for you. So, as a business, if you’re seeing something that is less than half of the feedback conversion need, need to know that.
[00:03:00] | Right down here, this just shows out how many text messages you’ve sent out, and then how many people have actually clicked on the link inside the text message, and then how many have actually clicked on the app that’s inside it. So, you can actually add this number to that number to get a full number of how many people have actually gone to, go on to leave you a review. |
So, again, those are some, sort of guiding principles, in terms of what you should be looking at. Obviously, I you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our support staff at support@ignite.reviews or call us at (206)743-9373, we’d love to take a look at your Reputation Igniter system with you, and sort of figure out where we could possibly make some improvements. |
